Pieces of ME: Quilted Expressions of Human Ties


While we were in UT we went to visit the exhibit at the Church History Center.  It was awesome.  They had a number of quilts to look at, but the most fun part was the center they had the for the kids (and adults).  They had a HUGE magnetic wall full, so you could design your own quilts and blocks using the "quilt" pieces they had on hand.  

They also had a quilt block you could quilt yourself (using rope....as seen below).


Liz did a great job quilting her block.  She wanted to stay here all day and get this baby done! SOOOO Cute.


I think I am going to call him an expressionistic quilter.  He certainly has a great imaginiation!
